Executive Director of SereniGy Global Foundation: Sam Ciatu

samciatuMr. Ciatu is a multi-faceted and seasoned business professional experienced in a variety of disciplines stemming from his marketing, law and tax law degrees. He began his career as an attorney with the Phoenix law firms of Murphy & Posner, and then Brown & Bain, where his practices focused on business, real estate, corporate, securities, finance and tax matters.

He left the practice of law in 1989 to explore the beverage industry and a proposed start-up specialty brewery before assuming a three-year role as director of marketing, public relations and event management for the Rawhide Theme Park in Scottsdale. In 1993 he returned to the corporate world with a mixed role of marketing, investor relations and general counsel for publicly traded ILX Resorts.

This led to a 1997 shift to the Bison Homes Development and Hospitality Group, where he was involved in management, marketing, PR, web design, and IT, in addition to serving as the group's general counsel. In 2005, Mr. Ciatu began to simultaneously carry on a small private law practice in Scottsdale. He also built and operated a recording studio and indie record label, which is how he met Mr. Noland.

Faith, family and integrity are of utmost importance to Mr. Ciatu. He has relocated from Scottsdale, AZ to Southern California to be near his daughter and mother. He reunited with Mr. Noland socially, and hearing the vision for SereniGy knew he had to become involved. As Executive Director of SereniGy Global Foundation, Mr. Ciatu devotes his time, passion and heart to helping the SereniGy Kids prosper in health, education and overall development.
